COMMISSIONS

The ICC advances its work through policy commissions. It has 11 policy commissions. ICC Kenya has established the following Commissions, they include; Arbitration and ADR, Banking, Global Commercial Law and Practice, Competition, Anti-Corruption and Corporate Responsibility, Customs and Trade Facilitation, Digital Economy, Environment and Energy, Marketing and Advertising, IP Commission, Taxation Commission and Trade and Investment.

International Chamber of Commerce-Kenya (ICC Kenya) was launched in June 2017 and formally registered in August 2019 as the National Committee of The ICC in Kenya. ICC Kenya’s membership is made up of business associations and corporate organizations of all sizes from all sectors of the economy. The main objective of ICC Kenya is to work closely with the The ICC on policy advocacy on behalf of Kenyan business community with international operations as well as linking members to the global business community thereby exposing them to an array of opportunities.
